gaot遗传算法工具箱

‘壹’ matlab遗传算法工具箱函数的参数问题

这个100在这里是起到限定条件的作用。如果g1>0或者g2>0这种情况,就不进行计算了,直接给出误差值100,这样,g1>0或者g2>0这种情况基本上就排除了,因为误差值非常高。这个数值可以改,改的比较大就可以了。目的是把结果中的g1>0和g2>0情况去掉。
initialPopulation是第一代种群的意思,这个数值就是
遗传算法
起点的位置。这个值怎么取没有固定的说法,如果你想手动赋值而不是让计算机自己生成,
那么你需要创建一个矩阵,行数等于populationSize,就是种群数量,列数等于输入变量的数量,在你的例子中是2。
初始值的作用很大,越复杂的模型,对于初值的要求就越高。

‘贰’ matlab6.5+gaot工具箱和matlab7.0自带工具箱的效果一样吗

matlab7.0自带的工具箱版本未必都是7.0,我的这台电脑装的也是6.5,看看它的版本吧。

matlab遗传算法工具箱函数及实例讲解 核心函数:
(1)function [pop]=initializega(num,bounds,eevalFN,eevalOps,options)--初始种群的生成函数
【输出参数】
pop--生成的初始种群
【输入参数】
num--种群中的个体数目
bounds--代表变量的上下界的矩阵
eevalFN--适应度函数
eevalOps--传递给适应度函数的参数
options--选择编码形式(浮点编码或是二进制编码)[precision F_or_B],如
precision--变量进行二进制编码时指定的精度
F_or_B--为1时选择浮点编码,否则为二进制编码,由precision指定精度)
(2)function [x,endPop,bPop,traceInfo] = ga(bounds,evalFN,evalOps,startPop,opts,...

endPop--最终得到的种群
bPop--最优种群的一个搜索轨迹

‘陆’ 怎么调用matlab遗传算法工具箱啊

直接在命令窗口里边输入gatool就行了,用遗传算法还可以使用ga函数,具体使用格式可以在help系统里看ga,你还可以按照如下步骤打开遗传算法工具箱:1,打开matlab,2点击左下方的start按钮
3,点toolboxes,打开后选择genetic
algorithm
and
direct
search
然后就可以进入gatool了,然后就会弹出ga工具箱(注:我的版本是7.7的,不同版本可能不同),希望对你有用哈!
