原因:出现以上原因是由于操作系统的“350.dll”文件没注册成功造成的。

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO\360.dll"
然后按回车键，注意必须加引号。
如果还提示：429错误，可以再行手工注册SCRRUN.DLL。点击“开始”→“运行”在弹出的输入框中键入以下命令：
regsvr32 "C:\windows\system32\scrrun.dll",然后按回车键,即可。

先打开 ie 在:
>>工具>>INTERNET选项>>高级>>禁止脚本调试 打勾
另外可以看看 IE选项>>安全>>自定义级别 里的Active控件要全部为 "启用"
