1. 請推薦可以下載街機/SS/PS ROM的網站

簡易教程.
1.首先下載街機模擬器.
2.下載25個打包的rom.解壓後把裡面的25個文件放在模擬器的ROMS文件夾下.
3.下載提供的游戲,放在模擬器的ROMS夾下.
4.游戲為zip文件.不用解壓.
5.在游戲里按F5刷新.

在PC機上可以用街機模擬器玩拳皇，模擬器的ROMs文件夾里的文件就是各個游戲的執行代碼，不過源代碼應該是不公開的，而且它們也是針對街機的硬體環境的，沒法直接拿來用的，移植也很麻煩
