一般來說都是用的兄弟腳本。
兄弟腳本（德國），是通過讀取腳本，
自動更改魔獸世界點擊移動，加之以坐標系方式進行運行。
腳本有以下模式運行
打怪模式：包括打怪練級，打怪扒皮，帶小號等等。
採集模式：雙采，固定路線，高效採集。（特殊腳本可以採集指定物品如：幽靈菇）
任務模式：這是基礎模式，基本是萬能的，可以練級，自動任務，刷聲望，刷幻化裝備（包括黑暗神殿，太陽井都可以刷）。
其他的還有：釣魚模式（掉烏龜，要麼為啥那麼便宜），考古模式，混合模式，戰場模式，副本模式（包括團隊FB），競技場模式，喊話私密模式等等。
腳本種類之多，影響力大多數玩家，大多數代練公司用腳本，造成了廣告泛濫，金幣貶值，降低了玩家的積極性，傷害了游戲的娛樂性。 不建議使用。
