第一：《愛不愛我》vs《i live my life for you》
再見零點。看官們還記得零點樂隊的成名作么？《愛不愛我》。沒錯，正是此歌，別說我火星，我說的並不是瑞典歌手bosson翻唱的版本。
《愛不愛我》抄襲了美國金屬樂隊firehouse於95年出版的專輯《firehouse 3》中的最後一首歌：《i live my life for you》。零點樂隊的《愛不愛我》這張專輯大約是在96-97年間出的，正好在《firehouse3》專輯出版後兩年，當時國外歌曲的來源不像現在這么方便，大抵上都靠卡口帶（那段時間我正在大學讀書，正好我也買了firehouse的第一張同名專輯），相對有兩年的時間差，那時候卡口帶很火，估計差不多在出版《愛不愛我》之前已經可以買到《firehouse 3》這張專輯了。
零點樂隊成員王笑冬在tom做客的時候說：「《愛不愛我》的確是一個經典，在那個時代，我相信在中國人近代音樂史上零點樂隊的《愛不愛我》肯定給大家留下了濃墨的一筆。對於我們個人來說生命是有限的，也不在乎對我們個人的記憶。相信過了多少年翻開中國近代音樂史、搖滾史上《愛不愛我》會留下一筆的。」欺負咱們不聽國外的歌曲？早在98年左右，我的朋友國子就提起過此事，當時沒太在意，最近閑聊又提到了，突然想起，原來還有條這么大的魚。《愛不愛我》這首歌確實在中國近代音樂抄襲史上留下了重重的一筆，為後人打開了新思路，花兒樂隊的青出於藍不知是否受此啟發。
只要聽到《i live my life for you》的開頭部分，基本上立刻就能讓你想起《愛不愛我》，畢竟《愛》已經在國人心中根深蒂固了，旋律已經耳熟能詳。《i》中開頭「y『『know you『『re everything to me and i could never see,the two of us apart.and you know i give myself to you and no matter what you do,i promise you my heart」和《愛》尾段的「你到底愛不愛我，愛不愛我，愛不愛我」幾乎完全一樣，這是其一。其二，間奏。間奏部分，兩者都使用的是失真電吉他。電吉他solo講究的是riff段，也就是常說的「動機」，這兩段solo都是根據主旋律衍生出來的，基本一樣。其三，過渡段。眾所周知，《愛》這首歌有一個過渡段，之後升調。這個過渡段同樣也有抄襲的嫌疑，最後一句的處理方式和《i》的過渡處理完全一樣。
真的沒什麼好說的了，可能有人聽完兩首歌的對比會反駁，畢竟不是完全一樣的啊？是啊，對於零點這樣的「專業樂隊」來說，找到某首歌的亮點部分、幾個樂句，然後再發展出另外一首歌太容易了！一般來說，借鑒，無分是借鑒別人的編曲哪怕是和聲走向，問題是，《愛》不僅僅是借鑒了《i》的走向，連主旋律都一股腦兒拿下了，實在讓人汗顏。
突然發現《愛》和《i》的發音是一樣的，這算是個巧合吧。鑒於大部分人不會像我這樣慢慢對比，一句句聽，我打算把《大揭批》系列文章裡面的歌重新剪輯，把涉嫌抄襲的部分拼在一起，這樣的話就可以不必整首歌都去聽了，順便也可以賣弄一下自己粗陋的音頻技術。

第二：《沒有什麼不可以》vs《i don『『t want to miss a thing》
還是零點，這次抄到搖滾前輩那裡去了。零點樂隊的《沒有什麼不可以》涉嫌抄襲了美國著名的搖滾樂隊——areosmith（史密斯飛船）為電影《armageddon》（《絕世天劫》）做的主題曲：《i don『『t want to miss a thing》。
在我的印象中，areosmith在那年的奧斯卡現場演唱了這首歌。在我和朋友聊天的時候，提到《相信自己》抄襲了蠍子樂隊的《hurricane 2000》，朋友是做歌手的，她告訴我零點抄襲了這首《i》。仔細一聽，還真的是這么回事。對於專業的音樂人來說，確實會接觸很多類型的歌曲，平常聽得也多，畢竟作曲有一定的規律，和弦的走向總會有一定的解決方式，也有可能在作曲的時候和別的歌曲不小心雷同，這是很正常的。問題就在這里，作為專業音樂人，對於一些重量級以及耳熟能詳的歌曲應該非常敏感，很容易就會發現自己的東西有很熟悉的影子在裡面，這個時候需要去尋找根源，而不是繼續下去，我想零點應該是有這個能力的。
《沒》的高潮部分「沒有什麼不可以，我和你今生註定要在一起，我用一生的時間愛你；沒有什麼不可以，就算是放棄一切我也不可惜，只要擁有了你，我願意」和《i》的高潮部分「and i don』t want to miss a thing,cause even when i dream of you,the sweetest dream will never do,i』d still miss you baby」幾乎是一模一樣，嘆為觀止啊。如果看過《絕世天劫》的人就知道，那部電影布魯斯威里斯是主演之一，最後犧牲了，areosmith用極為沙啞的聲音把這首歌演繹得飽含深情，非常到位，而零點的《沒》表現的主題是愛情，略顯得蒼白了一些，沿襲了《愛不愛我》一貫的風格。
如果我變成了蒼蠅，我就會喜歡大便，但這可能嗎？

第三：《相信自己》vs《hurricane2000》
這次揭批的是零點樂隊的《相信自己》。如果說這首歌的前奏不是抄襲的話，那我真的不知道怎麼定義抄襲這個詞了。最早，我是在中央7套聽到這首歌的前奏，有意思的是，只有前奏，沒有後面的部分。所以當時我愣了一下，咦？中央電視台也會用國外的歌作片頭？竟然是德國著名的scorpions（蠍子）樂隊moment of glory專輯中的《hurricane2000》（颶風）？我當時就想，央視給人錢了么？打起官司來就麻煩了，哈。我看電視不多，這個前奏大約聽了4、5次。。。我竟然沒有發現其實不是蠍子的歌。。竟然毫無察覺~天，，，可見抄的有多厲害了。
零點不承認也沒轍，群眾的耳朵是雪亮的，當我後來去聽這首《相信自己》的侍候，我差點吐血。被欺騙的感覺不好啊。
叢配器上分析，兩首歌的前奏旋律上幾乎完全一樣，配器的方式也一樣。不同的是，scorpions用的是真交響樂團，而且還是德國著名柏林管弦團，所以《hurricane2000》整個感覺氣勢恢宏，聲場和動態都是《相》完全不能比擬的，因為《相》這首歌用的是合成器，midi的效果，所以只能說像，但是總沒有真的交響樂隊出來的效果好。《hurricane2000》這首歌的前奏旋律貫穿了整首歌，很整體大氣，加上主唱高亢的嗓音，氣勢磅礴的一塌糊塗。《相》這首歌，就。。。。前奏和歌是脫節的，雖然不是說完全沒聯系了，但是，連接的不是很緊密，也就是說，為了做出一種大氣的東西而作，根本沒有考慮到整首歌的整體感覺。無可厚非，零點的主唱功力還是不錯的，但這首歌，和《hurricane2000》一比較，高下立分。《相》的小家子氣十足，束手束腳。如果說，《hurricane2000》是一件大衣，《相》就是裹腳布了。同樣，給出地址大家自己去聽，我相信，只要小學學過音樂，你就能聽出來。

eminem-stan。非常好聽的rap曲風。 這是當年超紅的單曲，dido也是因為這個才紅的。歌曲分為4個verse,chorus是dido唱的，內容大概是一個歌迷叫 做stan給eminem寫信，寫了兩封，但是沒有收到回信，該孩子有點憤怒，於是帶著懷孕的女朋友（dido飾）雨夜開車狂奔 ，不慎掉入海中。不久後em受到了信，一邊看電視，一邊寫回信，寫道一半的時候才發現電視上的新聞中正是stan的死訊。於是， damn,it was you.em的歌曲向來都是故事性很強，這首歌曲也是被非英語國家的孩子們所喜愛的，因為語速不是很快。所以語言方面的困難減少了很多。em也是想藉此歌曲告訴廣大的歌迷，千萬不要太沉溺於他，他只不過是都大家開心而已。
