虛擬機關機，打開設置，把cd/dvd中匯流排類型改為IDE，再打開虛擬機就可以了。

2. 找到你的VM工作目錄
3. 將該文件夾拷貝一份，假設當前的文件目錄為Ubuntu，拷貝份則可以命名為Ubuntu-，將文件夾中的所有Ubuntu*.*文件更名為Ubuntu-*.*。

1、右擊我的電腦，選擇「管理」，進入計算機管理界面；
2、從左側選擇「磁碟管理」；
3、從菜單欄選擇「操作」；
4、選擇「創建VHD」；
5、指定計算機虛擬磁碟VHD文件位置；
6、給VHD虛擬磁碟文件起個名字；
7、根據個人需要可以設置虛擬磁碟大小，這里設置100M，虛擬磁碟格式建議選擇VHD，虛擬磁碟類型建議選擇固定大小，選擇好點確定；
8、現在從我的電腦里就可以找到這個虛擬磁碟文件啦；
9、在計算機管理的操作菜單下，選擇「附加VHD」；
10、瀏覽到虛擬磁碟所在文件夾，選中之後打開；
11、在下方找到新建的虛擬磁碟，右鍵單擊，初始化磁碟；
12、建議選擇兼容性好的MBR分區表模式；
13、在「未分配」上右鍵單擊，選「新建簡單卷」；
14、打開了「新建簡單卷向導」，點「下一步」；
15、使用默認設置，點「下一步」；
16、給虛擬磁碟選擇一個驅動器號；
17、使用格式化默認設置，點「下一步」；
18、點擊「完成」按鈕，這樣一個虛擬磁碟就做好了；
19、現在在「我的電腦」里就能找到這個虛擬磁碟盤符啦。
