二、刀具庫的基本結構及設置方法

1．銑削刀具庫的結構及設置規定
刀具庫由刀具庫規定說明以及若干個單獨的刀具描述段組合而成，每個描述段又由9行組成，對刀具作具體說明，單個刀具描述段之間由一個空描述段隔開。下面分別對各行進行詳細說明。
（1）刀具庫的注釋說明注釋說明的每行以＃開頭，後接說明語句，包括刀具庫的建立日期，設置方法，各參數意義等。如#刀具庫格式MonJan1414:51:192002。

必須注意，所有的刀具設定必須包含9行以及「TOOL」標頭，如果不標定則必須以空格代替內容。

2．銑削刀具庫的設置方法
（1）基本刀具庫的建立在mill\tools目錄下系統已經建立起各常用刀具的基本圖形，我們可以利用它建立基本刀具庫。
1）用記事本建立一文本文件（*.TXT），按規定格式將刀具參數加入文件中，將文件存入C:\Mcam8\mill\tools目錄下，文件名的命名規則按照通常規定，如slider.txt。
2）運行Mill8，在主菜單中單擊「NC管理」→「定義刀具」→「資料庫」，如圖1所示，在出現的刀具管理對話框中單擊右鍵，在快捷菜單中單擊「由文字產生刀具庫」，如圖2所示，打開讀取對話框，指定你產生的文本文件slider.txt後，按確定，出現指定保存的刀具庫的路徑對話框，命名slider確定即可。
3）將slider.txt和slider.tl8保存到C:\Mcam8\Mill\Tools目錄下（假設軟體安裝在C:\Mcam8目錄下）。
4）使用時調用刀具庫。
（2）自定義刀具的建立1）繪制刀具的半剖圖存至C:\MCAM8\MILL\TOOLS目錄中，繪圖時x方向半徑的長度按照1mm繪制，如圖3所示。
2）在主菜單中單擊「NC管理」→「定義刀具」→「當前」，打開刀具管理對話框，右鍵點擊快捷菜單中「建立新刀具」，打開定義刀具框，指定直徑。
3）點擊刀具類型標簽中自定義按鈕，如圖5所示。
4）點擊「參數標簽」中的「選擇」按鈕，選擇前面保存的刀具後保存，如圖6所示。
5）如果要保存至刀具庫，選擇「savetolibrary」，如圖7所示。

Attrib
更改單個文件或目錄的屬性。該命令設置或刪除指派給文件或目錄的只讀、系統、
存檔、隱藏以及壓縮屬性。

含有下列參數的 attrib 命令僅當使用故障恢復控制台時才可用。含有不同參數的
attrib
命令可在命令提示符中使用。

參數

+r 設置只讀屬性。
-r 清除只讀屬性。
+s 設置系統屬性。

指定要處理的目錄或文件的位置和名稱。可以一次只更改一個文件，也可以更改整

執行在文本文件中指定的命令。batch 命令僅在使用故障恢復控制台時才可用。故
障恢復控制台可以從安裝 CD 中啟動。
